One on One Yoga/Self-Care/Support

45 minutes

In the office OR outside in Nature. These are focused sessions in which I will help you in any way that I can to feel your best. I am especially well equipped to offer guidance and practical techniques in these areas

  • Muscle ache/pain/tension/soreness relief
  • Creating a home yoga/movement practice
  • True relaxation and rest
  • Breathing and meditation
  • Creating a self-care ritual that is in sync with your menstrual cycle, the seasons, the moon, your current phase of life
